🔄 Beta Version Notice: HaiducAdopt is currently in BETA. Features may change, and the platform may experience limited functionality or bugs. By using this version, you agree to these conditions and understand this is a testing phase.

By using the HaiducAdopt platform, users agree to the terms and conditions below.

1. Platform's Role

HaiducAdopt is a service offered by Haiduc Honden Services. The platform facilitates contact between adopters and those offering dogs for adoption or dog-related services.

  • HaiducAdopt does not own any dogs listed on the platform.
  • We do not intervene in the adoption process.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of any user-submitted information.
  • We are not responsible for communications between users or their consequences.

2. User Accounts

Users can create an account using Google or email + password. Upon registration, users must agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy by ticking the respective box.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users must ensure that all information they publish is truthful and accurate.
  • Users are solely responsible for their interactions and decisions on the platform.
  • Commercial use or dog selling through the platform is strictly prohibited.

4. Business Services

  • Creating a business page requires a valid account and profile selection:
    • Basic: Displayed as a business card with logo, contact data and description.
    • Premium: Includes full business page with photo gallery, social links, about us, and facilities.

5. Account Suspension

  • Any misleading or false information can result in account removal.
  • Selling dogs or abuse of the platform will result in a permanent ban.
  • We reserve the right to block accounts involved in fraud, spam, or mistreatment.

6. Liability and Limitations

  • HaiducAdopt does not guarantee the success of adoptions or services listed.
  • We are not liable for dog health, behavior, or user conduct.
  • We do not mediate user disputes or legal issues.
  • Platform access may be restricted for updates or maintenance.

7. Copyright and Ownership

All design, content, code and structure of HaiducAdopt are the intellectual property of Haiduc Honden Services.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

  • We collect and store user data only with consent, and only for platform functionality.
  • Users have the right to request access or deletion of their data at any time.
  • We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

9. Terms Update

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Users will be notified through the platform.
